Privacy Statement NOKERE SPORT VZW

Nokere Sport vzw, with registered office at 9771 Kruisem, Waregemsestraat 30, RPR Oudenaarde and KBO no. 0428.858.576 (hereinafter “Nokere Sport”), collects personal data from users who place an order via the webshop on its website, and/or persons who cooperate with it, as a sponsor, supplier, employee, etc. or who have completed the contact form on its website or via its social media channels. It will process these personal data with the greatest respect for the privacy of the user and in particular with due observance of (i) European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”) and (ii) the law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, or subsequent regulations of this nature and, unless otherwise agreed, acts as the controller of these personal data.

The following types of personal data may be collected and processed:

  • Identity and contact details: name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail, identity card number or national register number;
  • Personal data: gender, date of birth, place of birth and nationality, if applicable employer or principal.

These personal data will only be used in the context of the activities and events that will be organised by Nokere Sport. This concerns in particular, but not limited to, the following purposes, whereby the collection and processing takes place on the basis of the following legal grounds:

  • In order to be able to participate in the events and activities for which tickets are purchased or obtained via sponsorship, as well as to be able to send sold products from the webshop to the addressee (legal ground: performance of the agreement);
  • In order to inform users, employees, partners, sponsors, etc. also in the future, about its activities and/or similar products, among other things via direct marketing, as well as for sending newsletters, sponsor brochures and invitations to events and activities organised by Nokere Sport or to inform users about its activities (legal ground: legitimate interest/consent of the data subject)

The consent can be withdrawn by the user at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the personal data processing prior to the withdrawal thereof.

Nokere Sport will not store these personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they were provided, or is required by law.

In case of questions or complaints about the processing of personal data, or a request for access, correction, restriction, transfer or deletion of personal data, as well as in case of an objection to the processing of personal data, every data subject can contact Nokere Sport directly at the e-mail address info@nokerekoerse.be, at the registered office of Nokere Koerse at 9771 Kruisem, Waregemsestraat 30 or at the telephone number [0479/930671]. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with regard to the processing of their personal data with the Data Protection Authority, with registered office at 1000 Brussels, Drukpersstraat 35.

This privacy statement is subject to Belgian law. Only the courts of the district of the registered office of Nokere Sport have jurisdiction in the event of disputes.

This statement can be changed at any time by Nokere Sport, via a change on its website.
