Danilith Nokere Koerse for Men Elite will welcome 13 WorldTour teams for the first time. Chairman Robrecht Bothuyne: ‘The quality of our field of participants is growing every year. This is also reflected in the growing interest from the top teams in global cycling.’
The 13 WorldTour teams are Alpecin – Premier Tech, Bahrain Victorious, Groupama-FDJ United, Lidl-Trek, Lotto-Intermarché, NSN Cycling Team, Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, Soudal Quick-Step, Team Jayco Alula, Team PicNic PostNl, UEA Team Emirates XRG, Uno-X Mobility and XDS Astana Team.
In addition, there are eight ProTeams that have been granted starting rights: Caja Rural Seguros RGA, Cofidis, Modern Adventure Pro Cycling, Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, Team Flanders-Baloise, TotalEnergies, Tudor Pro Cycling Team, Unibet Rose Rockets and one local continental team: Tarteletto-Isorex.
Race director Rony De Sloovere: ‘A total of 22 teams of seven riders will start in Deinze. We have deliberately opted for a smaller peloton to make the race more attractive and safer.

There is also a strong field of participants in the women’s race. Ten of the 14 Women’s WorldTour teams are taking part. Five of the seven ProTeams have also been selected. Race director Gil Steyvers: ‘We expect a mix of experienced riders and lots of up-and-coming talent. We hope that this edition will also encourage more riders to consider combining it with Milan-San Remo.”
There are 20 teams participating; here too, a conscious choice has been made for a compact peloton with a view to ensuring a safe and attractive race.
The 10 WomenWorldTour teams are AG Insurance Soudal Team, Fenix Premier Tech, Human Powered Health, Lidl-Trek, Liv-Alula-Jayco, Movistar Team, Team PicNic PostNl, Team SD Worx – ProTime, UAE Team ADQ and UNO-X Mobility.
In addition, there are five ProTeams Laboral Kutxa – Fundacion Euskadi, Lotto-Intermarche Ladies,
Mayenne Monbana My Pie, St-Michel-Preference Home – Auber93 and VolkerWessels Cycling Team.
Among the continental teams, CityMesh-Customm Pro Cycling Team, DAS-Hutchinson, Hitec Products
– Fluid Control, Minimax Cycling Team and Remre Rad-Net Women will receive wildcards.
