Nokere is a small village with 770 inhabitants. There are no large paved parking areas. Therefore, the Danilith Nokere Koerse organization traditionally uses elevated meadows for parking. However, despite precautions and numerous road plates, these meadows will likely be unusable or barely usable. Simply too much rain has fallen.
However, the organization has a solution. First, we encourage everyone to come to Nokere by bicycle. A bicycle parking facility is provided at the corner of Waregemsestraat and Lindeknokstraat, at the entrance to the finish area.
Secondly, no fewer than 25 vans and buses will provide shuttle service.
There is a stop at Nieuw Plein in Kruishoutem. These will transport spectators from Kruishoutem to the main entrance in Nokere. These shuttles run from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Parking is available in the spacious center of Kruishoutem (Kerkakkers, Warandestraat, Market area and surroundings,…).
From Waregem, a shuttle service is also provided. The parking at the Youth Center and Waregem Expo can be used by those wanting to go to Nokere. There are two stops on Zuiderlaan; near the Youth Center and at Expo. This service starts from 12:00 PM.
This way, it will be a great cycling celebration in Nokere, and everyone can safely travel to and from the finish area in Nokere!
