The organizers of Danilith Nokere Koerse can’t wait to let the winter vibes make way for their ‘cobblestone race’, this year with a vibrant ‘Après-ski’ theme! The new, striking poster features four alphorn players, while the majestic Nokereberg shines as a true Alpine pass in the background.

Chairman Robrecht Bothuyne: ‘The slogan is clear: ‘The mountain calls’. On March 13, Nokereberg will once again be the center for all cycling enthusiasts in Flanders. This poster serves as a fitting tribute to our beloved mountain, which has now become a mythical climb in the cycling world.’

Every year, thousands of cycling tourists take on the challenge of following in the footsteps of previous winners like Tim Merlier and Lotte Kopecky. Nokereberg is unique as a finish location. With its cobblestone climb, it hosts other renowned cycling races such as the Tour of Flanders, Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne, Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, Dwars door Vlaanderen, the Belgian Cycling Championships, and of course Danilith Nokere Koerse.

Danilith Nokere Koerse; it’s not just 3 cycling races; it’s a four-day top event full of activities for young and old. The party starts on Friday evening, March 8, ’24 with Départ Canard, our after-work party in the VIP tent. It will, of course, be a real après-ski party.

On Saturday morning, March 9, ’24 we not only have our international junior race but also a special cycling initiation ‘Danilith Nokere Koerse for kids’ for young people aged 7 to 12. Under the guidance of the Flemish Cycling School, the youngsters can refine their technique on a challenging obstacle course and take a lap on the Nokere Koerse course.

Sunday, March 10, ’24 is the time to cycle off those extra calories. Cycling tourists can showcase their skills during the Danilith Nokere Koerse Cyclo, a unique organization in collaboration with wtc De Stoters from Zingem. Distances of 65, 90, or 130 km are available. You can register now for just 10 euros!

The absolute highlight follows on Wednesday, March 13, ’24 with the two ProSeries races, starting in Deinze and finishing in Nokere. Expect a vibrant public village with a stage, big screens, delicious food and drinks at affordable prices, and above all, lots of atmosphere and conviviality.
